Collecting cars has been an obsession for longer than I can remember. Growing up in Brooklyn New York, surrounded by cars from the 50s and early 60s  when  US automakers were at their design peak. Great two- tone paint schemes, lots of gleaming chrome and tailfins reaching for the sky; that's where my obsession began.

I found my first vintage car in1979 when my Dodge Demon was wrecked. I found a 1963 Corvair broken down on the side of the road whose owner had had 'enough' and wanted to get rid of it! $150 later it was mine, and it started there.

From that point, I have bought and sold 200+ cars over the past 25 years; buying, restoring, selling, and making a lot of great friends along the way with this hobby.

Renting the cars out for movies and TV productions has become a very interesting part of my life, meeting many famous people along the way.

1956 Plymouth Belvedere Convertible

This is another car I've had in my collection for many years. Its a great driving car with lots of 50s flair without being as common as its Ford and Chevy counterparts.

1965 Checker "Empire Radio" Cab

This pale yellow taxi is a throw back to the 50s and early 60s, when taxis came in a variety of 'fleet colors' (as seen in NYC image below), a great addition to any period movie or photoshoot. 

1941 Plymouth Convertible

This is one of the oldest cars in my collection, having owned it for 25 years. For the first 10 years it was used purely for fun while I collected as many new parts for it as possible. It was finally given a  complete restoration bringing it back to 'like new'condition. The work took five years but the results were well worth it.

1972 Cutlass

Here's an Oldsmobile with a little 'muscle'; its with stripes and mag wheels.
